[Sale of Radar Exploration Equipment] Japan Radio Handy Search NJJ-200k

Japan Radio Radar Detection Device (Reinforced Concrete Detector) RC Radar Handy Search NJJ-200k, a radar specialty store where you can purchase the detection device at a reasonable price!

This is a professional electromagnetic wave radar method rebar detector (buried object detector) with the world's first wireless display and operation unit. It is characterized by its deep exploration depth among electromagnetic wave radar detectors, capable of investigating concrete interiors up to approximately 450 mm deep. Three operational modes that reach the itchy spots: ● Normal Mode Similar to conventional methods, this mode allows for checking exploration images at hand via handle operation. ● Handle-less Mode By removing the handle, it enables exploration in narrow spaces, such as piping areas, which were not accessible with conventional devices. ● Extension Mode By attaching the included operation rod, it allows for exploration at heights that were unreachable with conventional devices during scaffold or gondola work (exploration images can be checked at hand). The NJJ-200 excels at detecting deep buried objects; however, compared to the NJJ-105, it tends to have more noise in reflection images for shallow buried objects, which may lead to the possibility of technicians overlooking reflective materials. Therefore, for detecting PVC pipes, CD pipes, voids, and small boards at depths of about 50 mm or less, the NJJ-105 is more advantageous. *Basically, unless you are an experienced explorer, it is difficult to detect deep buried objects at depths greater than 20 cm.

[Usage Case Example] StructuRScan

We will introduce a case of preliminary investigation conducted to avoid buried objects in concrete when coring.

We would like to introduce a case study of the use of "StructureScan" in the electrical work for air conditioning in ordinary classrooms at six schools, including Honjigaoka Elementary School, commissioned by Nagoya City. We conducted preliminary surveys at six locations to avoid embedded objects in the concrete when coring. The survey method involved attaching a 300mm square measurement grid sheet to the measurement locations and measuring in two directions: X-axis and Y-axis. After measurement, we confirmed a rebar cover of 5cm, a rebar pitch of 20cm, and a wall thickness of 13cm, allowing us to core without damaging any embedded objects. [Case Study] ■ Purpose: Preliminary survey to avoid embedded objects in the concrete when coring (6 locations) ■ Equipment Used: StructureScan 'SIR-EZHR' (ground-penetrating radar) ■ Survey Method: Attached a 300mm square measurement grid sheet to the measurement locations and measured in two directions: X-axis and Y-axis ■ Survey Results: Confirmed a rebar cover of 5cm, a rebar pitch of 20cm, and a wall thickness of 13cm, enabling coring without damaging embedded objects. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Affordable Rental] Japan Radio Handheld Search NJJ-200k

Reliable and affordable rental support for the Japan Radio (JRC) radar exploration device (rebar detector) RC Radar Handy Search NJJ-200k!

This is a professional electromagnetic wave radar method rebar detection device (buried object detection device) with the world's first display and operation unit that can be operated wirelessly. It is characterized by its ability to probe to great depths among electromagnetic wave radar devices, capable of inspecting concrete interiors up to approximately 450 mm deep. Three operational modes that cater to specific needs: ● Normal Mode Similar to conventional methods, this mode allows users to check the probing images at hand through handle operation. ● Handle-less Mode By removing the handle, it enables probing in narrow spaces, such as piping areas, which were previously inaccessible with conventional devices. ● Extension Mode By attaching the included operation rod, it allows probing at heights that were unreachable with conventional devices during scaffold or gondola work (the probing images can be checked at hand). The NJJ-200 excels in probing deep buried objects; however, compared to the NJJ-105, it tends to have more noise in reflection images when probing shallow buried objects, which may lead to the possibility of technicians overlooking reflective materials. Therefore, for probing PVC pipes, CD pipes, voids, and small boards at depths of around 50 mm, the NJJ-105 is more advantageous. *In general, probing deep buried objects at depths greater than 20 cm is difficult unless one is a skilled operator.
